This is a head study I did for Elysia to try to get some consistency in the way I draw her.

Several people have asked why she (and my elves in general) have such long ears. It's mostly just a stylistic choice to emphasize their most prominent feature in a cartoon fashion. However, some old school anime fans may recognize this trait from Deedlit in The Record of Lodoss War. That series definitely had an impact on some of my style choices, so I consider it an homage.
